How do I order food on WeFood?
Open the WeFoundIt app, go to the WeFood section, browse restaurants and vendors near you, select your food, choose pickup or delivery, and pay with MTN MoMo or Orange Money.
How much does it cost for vendors to join?
Listing is free. We charge a small commission on completed orders only. We charge a small commission (10-15%) on completed orders only. No monthly fees, no sign-up costs.
What payment methods are supported?
MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money. We are also exploring card payments for the future.
Can I become a delivery driver?
Yes! Go to the Delivery section in the app and register as a driver. Set your own rates and schedule. You will earn per delivery completed.
Can I sell food from home without a restaurant?
Yes! WeFood supports independent vendors (home cooks). Register as a Vendor from the app, list your food daily, and start receiving orders. No physical restaurant required.
How do I pay for food orders?
Pay with MTN MoMo or Orange Money directly through the app. The payment is processed securely and the vendor receives their payout minus the platform commission.
Can I make a reservation at a restaurant?
Yes, restaurants that support reservations have a "Make Reservation" button. Select your date, time, and party size. The restaurant will confirm your booking.
What if my order is wrong or late?
You can rate your order and leave a review. For serious issues, contact the vendor through in-app chat. If unresolved, our support team can help mediate.
